  Spent nearly £100 on gifts for Christmas and happily paid 30p for 3 large paper bags the assistant kindly packed the bags for me . Should have realised there would be problems with the bags as one torn as she packed it. I had only carried the bags for a short time and to my dismay and embarrassment the first bag split on the tiled floor of the metro centre walkway. Fortunately there was no breakages.By the time I got to TK Maxx the other bags had broken. I was lucky as a kind gentlemen had spare bags and he let me have them. Surely Boots should test their products before making customers pay for substandard items. I was served by L Carrick. At 11.52. I would like a reply to this complaint. P Stubbs
