So while we were parked on site checking other websites she strides past our car and starts locking the gates of the car park! So ignorant to not even let us know what she was doing...... SOME URGENTLY NEEDED TRAINING REQUIRED FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL..... DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! Unbelievably bad front line service for any company to employ......
